The rules below must be followed if your submission is to be considered:

1. Getloaded.com is an internet load-board for the transportation industry and services carriers, brokers and other industry professionals as well as males and females of all ages. So, the t-shirt slogan/design has to appeal to anyone who loves trucking or transportation, period.
2. Also no horrific obscenities, nudity or anything you wouldn’t wear to grandma’s house. Keep it clean or at least PG-13.
3. The text Getloaded.com should be incorporated into the slogan in some element of your choosing.
4. This slogan/design must be completely original. You can't use any trademarked logos or graphics from other companies. Keep it all as original as slogan/design can be in 2008. We can avoid all copyright issues if what you create is 100% original. 5. You can submit one complete t-shirt slogan/design per person.
6. By entering your slogan/design into this contest you agree to all of the Submission Rules and give Getloaded.com the permission to print your slogan/design on GL-Gear t-shirts, and on other items that are related to Getloaded.com, such as hats, mugs, etc. We will communicate with you via email, and most probably, you will be really excited to have your slogan/design associated with trucking and Getloaded.com.
7. You understand that we may need to alter your slogan/design only if changes are needed prior to printing; for example, the size of the slogan/design needs to be scaled for XSmall or XLarge t-shirts. You agree that Getloaded.com will publish your slogan/design on our website and in any other Getloaded.com related web-based materials and may display it at Getloaded.com events, etc. You also understand that you will not receive any royalties for the reproduction of your slogan/artwork (with the exception of the items outlined in the What do you get if your win the 2008 T-shirt Slogan Contest question above).
8. Your entry must fulfill all aspects of the all submission rules in order to qualify for the contest.
