Member Service Representative- Part Time
Getloaded is an internet load board servicing the transportation industry, is currently seeking Member Service Representatives for entry level positions in our exciting inbound call center. Member Service Representatives are responsible for answering inbound phone calls to assist current and prospective members in a professional and courteous manner.
We have part-time schedules available Monday – Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Comprehensive orientation and training program are available.
Specific responsibilities of Member Service Representatives include:
• Assist members with their accounts.
• Provide current and prospective members with complete information about the company and our services.
• Provide information and assistance with new signups, cancellations, reactivations, and general account maintenance.
• Ensure all accounts contain accurate and current information through proper account maintenance and documentation.
• Help members navigate our website.
• Promote and sell related Getloaded products, services, and features.
Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills, verbal communication skills, basic computer skills and an enthusiastic service-oriented attitude. Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task. Previous experience in a sales oriented or collections environment desired.
Bilingual candidates speaking fluent Spanish and English are encouraged to apply.
